5 – 9 Years Experience

Individuals in this position have an advanced level of experience in the design, development, unit testing and deployment support of complex and/or high-risk systems.  Experience includes solving complex engineering problems, requiring advanced competencies and/or involving Client Agency-centric solutions that are high risk.  Is able to lead design sessions work with business customers to solve problems, with minimal supervision.
